TRANSPORTATION
OF
FAULTY ITEMS BACK TO OUR POINT OF SALE
WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND AT THE COST OF THE

ALL
ITEM/S THAT HAVE A GUARANTEE CLAIM
AGAINST THEM WILL
ONLY BE ACTED ON, ONCE THE ITEM/S ARE BACK IN THE POSSESSION OF

AS
LONG AS THE ITEMS ARE
NOT DAMAGED IN TRANSPORTATION TO THE BUYER, AND THE

INCORRECT OR IMPROPER
USE
OF THE ITEM, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO REPAIR OR REPLACE
THE CONTESTED ITEM/S.
IF
THE BUYER OR TRANSPORTER IS NOT TO
BLAME FOR THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE GOODS, AND IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO
